All orders placed on this website and packaged by our team (no robots) and are shipped from Montreal, Canada.

international orders

We have been shipping around the world since 1996.

International orders placed on this site are shipped via courier (DHL, FedEx and UPS). When the order ships, you will receive the tracking number and invoice via email. Hence it's always a good idea to check your bulk email's spam/bulk folders and white list emails coming from kamapigments.com.

Transit times are generally kept under 2 weeks. International orders may or may not be subject to extra delays as well as taxes and duties that cannot be calculated ahead of time and will be collected by the carrier upon custom brokerage in your destination country. When ordering internationally, always keep an eye out on your package using the tracking link we will send you by email in order to avoid complications.

other carriers and courier

If you would like to use a specific shipping company or service, simply chose the store pickup option when checking out and email us to make custom shipping arrangements. When doing so, don't forget to include your original order number.

international orders import charges

Freight charges and prices indicated on our website don't include sales taxes or import fees that could be demanded by the destination country once the order reaches it.

Any order shipped outside Canada may be subject to these import fees which are decided solely by the destination country. Therefore the receiver of an international parcel may have to pay these taxes when his order arrives at the destination country.

Customs policies vary greatly from one country to another; we recommend to our clients to contact their national customs if they require additional information. When customs proceeding take place, they most likely lengthen standard parcels transit time delays.

The delays above may not be respected if your order includes out of stock items or if your parcel gets pulled for inspection at customs in the case of an international order.

reduced shipping charges

When you pay shipping on our website, the fees we charge are reduced approximately 20%. We think that web orders allow us to save time; therefore this is our way to give our customers back some of those savings.

free shipping

We offer free shipping on orders placed on our website. To be eligible for free shipping, order must meet the minimums detailed in the table below.

Some items too large and or heavy and are therefore excluded from the promotion. If any of these products are part of the order, it will void the free transport.

returns, refunds and claims

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the merchandise you have purchased from us, you have up to forty five (45) days to return the merchandise to us for a full refund or an exchange with no questions asked.

Returns

If you wish to return a product for a refund you must first email us to obtain written return authorization. In addition, the following three conditions must be met:

  • Product must be returned within 45 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
  • In the case of return by mail, the returned parcel must include a copy of the return authorization (above).
  • In the case of return in person at the retail store, you must have a copy of your invoice (printed or the electronical version are fine).
1. Return by mail:

To be sure of getting your refund, make sure you pack the goods well so that they do not break during transit and do not forget to include your return authorization obtained by email, otherwise it will be impossible for us. make a refund.

2. Return in person:

The merchandise may be returned directly at the Montreal retail store. It's easier to do so with a return authorization but is not necessary. However, you need to have a copy of your final order's invoice whether it'd be printed or the electronical (pdf) version.

Once the goods are received they will be inspected and if they meet our return conditions above, we will refund the original payment method of the order.

According to circumstances and the size of returns we reserve the right to apply restocking fees.

Defective or damaged in transport products

To exchange a defective or damaged product, please contact us by email including one or more photos. If this is a damaged product, please also include pictures of the damage suffered on the package and any relevant information. They will help us either to speed up the resolution process by facilitating the complaint with the carrier and / or to optimize our packaging process.

Once this information is received, the affected products will be refunded via the original payment method of the order.

unclaimed parcels, incorrect or incomplete address

unclaimed parcels or shipments returned to us because the address was either incomplete or incorrect will be subject to a minimum fee of 25 $ to cover return to sender charges billed to us by the different courier companies.

Depending on the destination and the parcel size, we reserve the right to modify this amount.

order modification

If you need to modify your order, get in touch with us by email. We’ll do our best to accommodate you as long as the order hasn't been dispatched.

order cancellation

Orders cancelled after the have been prepared, or abandoned orders not picked up are subject to a 15$ restocking fee.

Order Address Modification or Incorrect Address

In the event that the address you entered when placing your order is incorrect and needs to be changed by the carrier, any extra charges incurred will be billed back to you.

Out of stock items

If your order contains products that are temporarily out of stock (back ordered), here is how it will be processed:

Orders containing back-ordered products will be held for 2 weeks in order for us to try and get the missing products to ship your order complete. If we can't make your order complete within the initial two weeks time, here's what will happen: 

  • If the total value of the back ordered items are less than 50$
    • Back-ordered products will automatically be cancelled and your order will be shipped without them.
    • Free shipping orders. If the total value of back ordered items is less than 50$ but cancelling them would void the free shipping promotion, the order will be put on hold until there are enough products available so it’s again eligible to for free shipping.
  • If the total value of the back ordered items is above 50$
    • We will proceed with an initial shipment of what is in stock.
    • Once all of the back ordered products are back in stock, we will ship them in a single shipment at our expense.
  • If you want us to hold the order and ship complete, or if you have any other requests.
    • We're happy to oblige, simply email us to tell us what you'd like us to do.

payment

  • Invoicing and payment only takes place when we ship your order. Your back ordered items will only be billed when they are shipped.
  • You only pay for what we ship when we ship it.

gift certificates

To use a gift certificate on our website, simply choose the payment by cheque option when placing your order and email [email protected] with your certificate number and we'll do the rest.

If you are unsure about the balance owning on a certificate, or whether it's still valid, email us, we'll be happy to check this for you.

web items

On our catalogue pages, the text Available that can be seen under the product name like in the picture below does not necessarily means the product is in stock at our retail store.

Available means the product is active. It's either in stock physically at our retail store or can be ordered. You will know if the product's in stock when you add it to your shopping cart, if it's not in stock, you'll see a message telling you so in the shopping cart window. We therefore recommend that you check this before visiting the retail store in hope to purchase a product you've seen on our website.

Web items are products that we do not keep in inventory, but that are available to order. If you want one of these, you will have to order via our online store, since we do keep them in the retail store.
